- Can use with Bank of America’s Down Payment Grant of $15,000 in Los Angeles
- Must be First Time Buyer and Primary Property
- Income can be up to 150% AMI
- Must Attend USA HF Home Buyer Education through E-Home America
- Must complete USA HF Online Intake Form
- Must complete 1 on 1 counseling appointments with USA HF Counselors
